Day 1 – Arrival in Tokyo

Your journey begins the moment you land at Narita or Haneda Airport, where our professional coordinators welcome you with seamless ground assistance. Participants are escorted directly to DAY NICE HOTEL TOKYO, ensuring a smooth and stress-free arrival. After check-in, you’ll have time to settle in, rest, and prepare for the exciting week ahead. Day 2–3 – Optional Tokyo Tours

These two days offer optional curated tours designed to introduce you to the cultural richness of Tokyo. Whether you choose to visit historic temples, bustling shopping districts, or scenic waterfronts, each tour is crafted to help you understand Japanese culture—an essential foundation for educators planning to work or teach in Japan.
Participants may also use this time for personal exploration, networking, or rest before the intensive training begins.
Day 4 – TESOL Training Day 1
Dive into core TESOL frameworks, linguistic foundations, phonology, grammar mechanics, and teaching methodologies. Expect interactive discussions and hands-on exercises.
Day 5 – TESOL Training Day 2
Build on Day 1 with advanced lesson planning, classroom management strategies, and cross-cultural teaching techniques tailored specifically for Japanese learners.
Day 6 – TESOL Training Day 3 + Demo Teaching
Participants conduct demo teaching sessions, applying newly learned methodologies in a supportive, mentor-guided environment. After training, the group transfers to Fujisan Terrace Hotel in Yamanashi—an inspiring, nature-rich setting perfect for reflection and continued learning.
Day 7 – Mt. Fuji Educational Tour
Full-Day Bus Tour & Cultural Immersion
Experience Japan’s iconic symbol—Mt. Fuji—through a full-day educational bus tour. This immersive excursion includes scenic viewpoints, cultural stops, and guided learning about Japan’s geography, history, and traditions. Day 8 – Departure
Return to Narita International Airport
