We are seeking a confident, articulate, and results-driven Travel Agent / Sales & Marketing Specialist to represent our Tokyo office. In this hybrid role, you will handle client consultations, close sales, and coordinate seamlessly with our Japan-based team to deliver premium travel experiences.

You will play a key role in driving revenue across corporate, group, and event-based travel segments. This position requires strong knowledge of MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions), excellent client relationship management, and the ability to design and sell complex travel solutions. If you thrive in communication-heavy environments, maintain professionalism under pressure, and have hands-on travel agency sales experience, we’d love to meet you.

  • Serve as the primary      client-facing representative for our Tokyo office.
  • Conduct consultations, present      travel solutions, and close sales.
  • Manage B2B pipelines and      nurture long-term client relationships.
  • Coordinate with Japan-based      teams for itinerary planning, bookings, and event execution.
  • Design and sell corporate,      group, and MICE travel packages.
  • Prepare proposals, respond to      RFPs, and support contract negotiations.
  • Oversee logistics for      conferences, incentive trips, and large-scale group travel.
  • Contribute to sales strategy      development and marketing initiatives.

  • 3–5+ years of experience in      travel industry sales, ideally in corporate travel, MICE, or group travel.
  • Proven track record of meeting      sales targets and closing high-value accounts.
  • Experience managing B2B      pipelines and coordinating large-scale events or incentive programs.
  • Strong background in proposal      creation, RFP responses, and contract negotiation.
  • Excellent verbal and written      communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt      to travel agency sales strategies.
  • Knowledge of the full travel      lifecycle: Plan, Book, Manage, Protect.

  • Client Retention and      Satisfaction Scores, measured through feedback, repeat bookings, and      service quality.
  • Successful Execution of Group      Travel Programs, including accuracy, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
  • Conversion Rate of Proposals      and RFPs, reflecting effectiveness in closing opportunities and securing      contracts.
